John Payne is a Municipal Advisor with Bradley Payne Advisors. He began his municipal bond career of 34-years as a budget analyst and assistant debt manager for the State of Ohio and followed that as an investment banker for more than two decades for two of Ohio’s premier banking groups. Mr. Payne’s experience includes senior managing or lead advising on several hundred Ohio school bond issues totaling billions of dollars in offering value. Mr. Payne founded Bradley Payne Advisors in 2009, an independent municipal advisory and consulting firm. Mr. Payne is a Registered Municipal Advisor and Principal, registered with the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board (MSRB) and the Securities Exchange Commission (SEC). He currently holds Series 50 and 54 licenses. Mr. Payne graduated from Ohio Northern University with a Bachelor of Arts in Business and from Ohio University with a Masters of Political Science.
