Zach Logan joined Bradley Payne Advisors in January 2019. Prior to joining Bradley Payne, Mr. Logan was an investment banker for fourteen years at three different firms (Ross, Sinclaire & Associates, RBC Capital Markets, and Seasongood & Mayer). Over that time period, Mr. Logan analyzed and structured financings for debt obligations estimated to be in excess of $5 billion. Mr. Logan has worked on numerous financing solutions for a wide variety of clients, including states, counties, cities, school districts, townships, public and private universities, port authorities, not-for-profits, water and sewer districts, and healthcare institutions. Mr. Logan is a Registered Municipal Advisor, registered with the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board (MSRB) and the Securities Exchange Commission (SEC). He currently holds a Series 50 license. Mr. Logan received a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree from the University of Cincinnati’s Carl H. Lindner Honors-PLUS Program, with concentrations in Finance and Accounting. Prior to his investment banking career, Mr. Logan worked for four years in Portfolio Management at Johnson Investment Counsel in Cincinnati, Ohio.
