Mr. Long is a Director in the Columbus office of Bradley Payne Advisors and has over twenty years of investment banking and municipal advisor experience specializing in economic development and public finance.

Mr. Long has been involved with over $4 billion of fixed rate and variable rate bonds for developers, corporate clients, port authorities, higher education institutions, state agencies, local municipalities, school districts and non-profit organizations. Mr. Long has significant experience with public/private projects such as tax increment financing, special assessment projects, lease financing, governmental bond fund programs, PACE bonds (property assessed clean energy) and traditional municipal finance, among others. Mr. Long has a broad understanding of public finance and the issuance and underwriting of tax exempt and taxable bonds.

Mr. Long is responsible for the research and quantitative analyses relating to the preparation for client presentations, determining structural alternatives and assessing the impacts and risks of financing options with clients.

Mr. Long is a Registered Municipal Advisor, registered with the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board (MSRB) and the Securities Exchange Commission (SEC). He currently holds a Series 50 license.

Mr. Long received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree with a Major in Finance from the University of Dayton.
