Justin McCray is a public finance professional with experience supporting school districts, municipalities, and public sector clients in capital planning and financing initiatives. He provides analytical insight and market perspective to assist in structuring effective, long-term financial solutions.

Prior to joining Bradley Payne Advisors in 2026, Justin worked in the public finance capital markets at D.A. Davidson, where he supported the structuring and execution of municipal bond transactions and developed expertise in credit analysis, market dynamics, and deal execution. Through this work, he collaborated with a wide range of municipal issuers, including school districts and local governments.

Justin began his career as a high school math teacher within the Cincinnati Public Schools, where he developed a strong foundation in communication, leadership and community engagement – skills that continue to shape his client focused approach today.

He holds a series 50 license and is committed to delivering thoughtful, solutions-oriented support while building long-term relationships that benefit the communities he serves.
