Mr. Waddell is a Project Manager with the Incentive Review Group, an affiliate of Bradley Payne Advisors. He supports the administration of tax increment financing districts and other public incentive programs through data analysis, financial reconciliation, project reporting, and data visualization.

Mr. Waddell brings an investigative and analytical approach to his work, with a focus on identifying discrepancies, evaluating complex information, and translating financial data into clear, actionable reporting.

Prior to joining the Incentive Review Group, Mr. Waddell spent nine years at Fifth Third Bank, most recently as a Financial Crimes Analyst on the Special Investigations team. He conducted high-risk, multifaceted investigations, analyzed financial activity across multiple data sources, and collaborated with risk management leadership and law enforcement on escalated matters. This experience informs his approach to data integrity, problem-solving, and reporting at IRG.
 
Mr. Waddell earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Arizona Global Campus and is pursuing his Series 50 qualification.
