Andrew Brossart is a Partner with Bradley Payne Advisors specializing in Local Government, Primary Education, Special District & Development financings. Mr. Brossart became a Partner in February of 2017. Prior to joining Bradley Payne, Mr. Brossart worked for William Blair & Fifth Third Securities for 12 years, where he led both firms’ expansion in the Midwest region leading Fifth Third to be one of the top underwriting firms in State of Ohio. At Fifth Third, Mr. Brossart directed the firms Development/Tax Increment Financing transactions and Special District Issues. Additionally, he acted as lead banker for Higher Education, School District, Utility District and local government financing needs. He has 21 years of experience in public finance and has significant experience with the region’s leading issuers and has executed transactions approximating $15 billion. Prior to Fifth Third, Mr. Brossart began his banking career and became a limited principal with Seasongood & Mayer in Cincinnati, Ohio from 1998-2004. Before beginning his banking career, Mr. Brossart served as the Director of Finance for the first Transportation Improvement District in the United States. The Butler County Transportation District (BCTID) was created to complete over $250mm in roadway improvement projects within Butler County, Ohio. As Finance Director, Mr. Brossart oversaw the financing and accounting of those roadway projects. Prior to serving as Finance Director to the BCTID, Mr. Brossart served as Deputy Auditor in the Butler County, Ohio Auditors office. Mr. Brossart is a Registered Municipal Advisor and Principal, registered with the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board (MSRB) and the Securities Exchange Commission (SEC). He currently holds Series 50 and 54 licenses. Mr. Brossart received a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Xavier University in Cincinnati. While at Xavier he was a four-year Varsity swim team member and former record holder. He previously held a CPA license.
